question....... will this affect fueling throughout the whole rpm range? my issue really is only at 5,000 rpm and up. everywhere else, the afr's are fine. i've heard about knockoff walbro's, and that's why i tried a second one.

do the stock fpr's go bad? i never heard of one getting weak. i've heard both sides concerning using an afpr, some say i need one and some say i don't. i've been through a million build threads and forum searches, but i can't get a definitive answer.

we're not using the stock igniter. i went with the sti coils because they are a "smart coil". the igniter is built into each coil.

thanks guys. i tried another cps, but it does the same thing. it will roast the tires in first, but anytime there's "load" on the engine, it dies right out at 3k. it's perfect at half throttle, but as soon as you floor it, it acts up. i have a set of sti coils that i'll be wiring in. we'll see...
