I have about 15,000 miles on mine. I drive in 15miles of stop and go every day but when the roar is open I drive like a dumb ass most of the time ...... At almost every stoplight I see how fast i can get to 50mph and then just cruise
A rebuild is alot cheaper ...... like under 2000
Labor 500
New Piston and rings 450(+/-)
MHG and ARP stuff 450(+/-)
Head job 250(+/-)
Balancing and new Bearings 200(+/-)
Oil pump 120(+/-)
I think you missed my question. Or maybe I did not undestand your statemet. If i put the stock flywheel bolts into the flywheel while it is off of the engine .... are the bolts supposed to sit tight in the flywheel itself or does it have some slack.
But it does add to the car ....... Yea maybe it is more cosmetic but its also functional. There is nothing wrong with it. It added to my car pretty well. People notice before they see the SAFC so i guess its one of the reasons people say "ddaaammmmnnnnn this shit is like a spaceship"
I did it ..... I had the button sitting around the house and just did it.
I ran power from the fuse box to the button. The button tapped into the to starter wire(the small one with the plug)
