the clutch disc are the same ..... the pressure plate, slave cylinder and throwout bearing are different.
My w58 tranny had well over 300,000 miles on it and it took 14psi for a year and half with a heavy duty pressure plate and 6 puck disc before it started to show any sign of fatigue ...
My tranny is doing the samething ..... if you press the clutch to the floor it goes away. I am replacing the trannny b/c i had the clutch and the pressure plate inspected. At the same time i replaced the pilot and throwout bearing and the sound was still there.
Dont drive it.
a fuse? check the 7.5 "guage" fuse
Edit: the speedo is mechanical check the cable connections ..... if everything is connected good then you need a new one.
Baaaannnnn......KAI !!!!!
Power = fuel + spark + air(how fast it enters and then leaves)
The muffler is at the end of the exhaust so if it did add power it would be very small. However if your piping was 2.25inches and you made it 3inches from the turbo back you would gain a decent amout...
I doubt you are have an issue with the knock sensor or the ecu. Check your sparkplug gap..... knock it down to about 28. What brand plugs and wires? NGK is the only way :)
