i have a w58 heavy duty pressure plate not sure about the tq specs but i can say that it grabs very well and i was happy with it. I have been running 14psi and i love it. I am willing to sell it because I wont be using it anymore since i am going to use the r154. Its barely used ..... A friend...
i believe an r154 sits a bit further back that the w58. I remember someone doing an auto/manual swap like i did.... then a w58/r154 swap and they had to cut back some of the metal where the shifter boot is bolted to the chasis
Umm I read every word but to me it sounds like a simple fix considering our fuel pumps are located in the tank and any 7m is a 7m ..... no matter what car it came out of. Just swap/change any part that does not fit your engine. Like others have said. Take a part off and put it on. And to ease...
Ummm i would not say all that i am running 14psi on the stock clamps and IC pipes and not one issue . However t-bolt are great and they have 100 x's the clamping force and when i upgrade to hardpipes i will invest in them for sure.
You aim/goal is soooooo low!! People have made around 300hp with the stock setup ..... 350hp ?? All you need is that at 57trim, 550's and a piggy back (Maft-Pro, SAFC, etc.)
1) Lex AFM, 550 injectors and SAFC combo has made some big hp numbers (Its also the most simple of them all)
2)...
I have been running 14psi with my setup going on two years is in Novemeber.
It say machine work ..... i used the grey block that is kinda sandy/chalky feeling and rubbed her down. I dont consider that to be machine work but i think its just fine for a good head and block with the stock h/g
