Has any body ever broke the threads in the block? and if so how did or can you fix this? I ASKED THIS BECAUSE A FRIEND DID THIS I HAVE NEVER BROKEN A HEAD BOLT OR THREADS IN A BLOCK NEVER.

the reason it is cutting out is because when you let off and hit the gas a sudden rush of air goes through the AFM causing it to hit fuel cut. i extended my air filter about 8inches away from my AFM to keep it from cutting out. i relocated it behind the headlight.

I agree with jdub...why don't you try fixing your problems, instead of covering them up with band-aid fixes like backing out the AFM screw????? You're just asking for trouble at 13psi.

first of all if u are venting it into the air it will cause it to run rich when u let off the gas. if u are still using a afm u need to vent it back into the accordian hose just like the stock one. i use a mitsu diverter valve on mine and it is loud. so yours will be even louder. to check it to...
you are probably hitting fuel cut. does it happen the moment you shift. if so u need to back the screw out of the afm. but dont do so if u dont have mods to support higher boost
