Take the three wires that went to the 7m alternator, and extend them to the new alternator location. What you do with the unused wires inside the JZ harness, is up to you.
I think he might be looking for the washers that lock the inner to the rack. But i could be wrong.
OP, do you have the originals? They can be pounded flat and used again. But thats definitely not the area to leave anything missing :)
Nah I wont get to drive one until something breaks. I did sit in it though, and i am disappointed, its to small. i am 6'2" 190lbs, with the seat all the way back and the wheel all the way up, its driveable, but not comfortable, at all. Helmet is out of the question. Like i said i am...

Have you looked through the swap threads? There are a lot of parts you need to source individually, if you dont go the "imported motorset" route.
