It looks like its just a catch can that drains the oil it catches back to the engine, instead of holding it in the can.

Take the three wires that went to the 7m alternator, and extend them to the new alternator location. What you do with the unused wires inside the JZ harness, is up to you.

2 and 5 share a coil.

I think he might be looking for the washers that lock the inner to the rack. But i could be wrong. OP, do you have the originals? They can be pounded flat and used again. But thats definitely not the area to leave anything missing :)
