    400+ rwhp is very easy for stock internals with metal headgasket. I have made 511rwhp on stock internals, but most of the time I'm around 400rwhp on pump gas. And thats been for almost 3 years.

    How long do u idle your car before driving it?

    About 15 seconds if its not very cold outside... Idling is not good for the car. The proper way is to start the car and drive off gentally. Go slow and take it easy until the car warms up. But don't idle it for a prolonged amount of time unless its below freezing outside.

    fast spool, 350-400 whp

    I would go with the SP58GT with a .58A/R turbine housing. That will get you 500rwhp+ with very good spool. Remember, the turbine side of the turbo will effect spool more than anything. Keep the turbine wheel and especially the turbine housing small if you want fast spool.
