Just try the shortest 3/8 drive socket you can find with an extension first while you turn the cam (have you even tried that yet? I cant remember but maybe its oval shaped) and make sure its the right mm size. You can store the head upside down on a piece of wood with the cam caps are still on.

Earning some idiot points here but I cant figure out how to tighten the power steering belt. Im not even sure how I managed to take it off when I replaced the timing belt during my BHG repair. Can anyone enlighten me here? The online TSRM doesnt really give an explanation.
