Power steering belt

Earning some idiot points here but I cant figure out how to tighten the power steering belt. Im not even sure how I managed to take it off when I replaced the timing belt during my BHG repair.
Can anyone enlighten me here? The online TSRM doesnt really give an explanation.

There is a bolt on the adjusting strut that has to be loosened.

Loosen the bolts barely and then use a screw driver or prybar and pull back till the belt is tight then tighten the bolt in the slot.

So loosen just those 4 bolts, pull, then tighten right?
Dont have to loosen the nut in the middle of the pulley?
