I know, but we have a general "MKIII Parts Wanted" section here on the board, that way people parting out their 89+ cars would actually see what people need, as i believe that supramania and ebay are not affiliated with each other in any way.
to be easier to be found by others, this should be posted in the WTB section, just a heads up next time because someone may think you have a general question about them, lol.
^tems harness is right under the center console coinbox thing (where tems buttons usually are). Correct on that one, the two other wires are for the auto shift select lever, but that third one is unusual to me..
I remember a little while ago there was a post about this, and someone actually found a template online to print out, then again it would need multiple sheets of paper to get the proper lineup of the bolt holes. What i did was "molded" some thick styrofoam under the spoiler pieces to get the...
YES, THIS IS POSSIBLE! lol take the two cover retaining clips/screws whatever you have on there currently, and once the back cover is off pry it off and there is two 10mm bolts that bolt onto the rear hatch metal, unbolt it, remove the wiring, there you go! :D
I would just adjust one, pulling the cable away from the linkage i believe, just see what adjustment needs to be done to pull up the slack from the pedal, and tighten it down
Same pedal, there is an adjustment nut I believe at the throttle linkage assembly on the valve cover, find the one coming from the firewall and adjust it away from the linkage i believe that it pulls the pedal higher away from the ground, thats how i did it! :)
Well now i fully understand. i think what i will do for now is buy the GTE 10 blade fan, and then buy a used GTE fan clutch to pair it up to and install it :)
Thats odd, i just checked Autozone for n/a and turbo and the fan clutch did have the same part numbers. I know that the more blades there are the more resistance there will be in turning especially when its running, And i assume it may do damage to the fan clutch or have accelerated wear correct?
I hope nobody misunderstood my question, since i know somebody selling me the 7MGTE fan blade for a good deal, i wanted to use my GE fan clutch, will that work without any issues like height, thickness, etc?
Hey just a random question popped up, I think i know that the 7mge and 7mgte fan blades are interchangeable, but what is the overall difference if i use the 10 blade gte one on my 7mge, besides looks, does it have better cooling?
here is a mk3 Supra w58:
then a w58 off a mk4 supra (i believe the mk4/sc300 share the same extension housing, im not entirely sure)
There was a thread posted like this before, though somebody has asked if the mk4 w58 fits in the mk3 supras, heres the thread for that. Hope this helps man...
Hey can anybody here do me a favor, or at least help me with something? lol
The TSRM says the clutch pedal freeplay is 0.2 - 0.59 inches, but my pedal freeplay measures to be almost an inch. I would adjust the master cylinder rod, but im afraid that it would push the slave cylinder piston out...
A maybe slightly off clutch topic question, feels like the clutch disengages fine i just don't like the super lightness where its kind of hard to find the right spot to shift gears at, but what would cause the 2nd gear grinding in the morning and at times its notchy to shift into gear, I dont...
