CPS has already been rewired, the spark plug wires get all distribution among them, I did notice when i remove the injector #4 it doesnt really do much difference to the rough idle when the others removed, make the car run worse. I have pinpointed it to cylinder 4 but what could they be...
Could that also be the reason why the car is misfiring? I changed out the head gasket about a month ago and shes been holding up fine since then, no water or oil loss, no mixing of the two, the misfire just randomly showed up earlier today, but for the CPS ive been noticing symptoms that its...
Hey guys recently my car started acting up and i checked my spark plugs and wires looked bad and all broke :3d_frown:, so i replaced it and still the car is having the same misfiring, no codes or anything that looks broken any input about this would really help right now, oh and BTW ive been...

Well updates, thanks for the advice and help guys, removed the turbo today the downpipe and manifold/turbo section was soaked in oil but the exhaust manifold where it meets the head is dry, replaced the turbo and the smoking is gone, took it for a 100 mile drive today and she runs like a charm :)
I did notice when i removed the exhaust the innards were full of oily residue, as well as the turbo inlet was kind of showing signs of oil even with the PCV system bypassed which means the valve cover pcv stuff wasnt attached to the accordion hose, and when the lower hose is removed it drips...
Either way i can check and replace the valve stem seals, as for the turbo seal i can remove the turbo and replace that if needed, however i have a question; how would i be able to identify if the turbo is bad by looking at it once its removed? Im just confused as the old turbo smoked like this...
Ive been having this issue with my other Supra for the past few months now causing me to not be able to drive it :3d_frown:, and its completely getting on my nerves! I have already replaced the turbo with a known working non-faulty one, I have already changed out the head gasket, spark plugs are...
I had the apexi n1 prior to this exhaust, it had the stamp on the canister so i assumed it was apexi but i sold it a few weeks ago and got a different one now. The bumper was off a 88 parts car that was still in good shape, the front bumper i got the paint code from westco(sp?) auto paint supply...
Here are some new pics after replacing the rear primered bumper, just washed up the car as well, she needs a good lowering next, im thinking H&R springs :D
bump, i know its been over a year since this thread has been discussed, but now i am having the same problem, i always have to remove/plug the headlight relay in just to use my headlights or itll drain the battery as its always on in any switch position. i tried replacing the headlight relay...
Hey guys, Im trying to see if anyone has an aftermarket exhaust out there, preferrably a 3" full catback. Im trying to trade my 3" Apex'i exhaust for a more quieter one but still maintains that deep exhaust note to it, the Apex'i has a nice sound to it, but its a little quite too loud for my...

Picked up a set of MKIV n/a 5-spokes, They made the car look way better over the sawblades. I just need to lower the car now, and i finally got rid of the crappy ebay housings, and picked up a pair of HELLA e-codes.
Received some parts from McCord's Vancouver Toyota, installed em' goodies on the car, as well as my BOV my buddy gave me, everythings goin well, btw make sure to follow my red mk3 restoration thread :D
