Does anyone here have interest in a header?

Haha, it was just a lame joke against China, don't worry! If this Header comes out to around 300-350, that'll be sick.

Does anyone here have interest in a header?

Haha, does China even have access to Ceramic Coating? :biglaugh: I'd rather have it coated too, but it's up to the vendor.

Does anyone here have interest in a header?

That's why I'm hoping he can get the cost to be as low as possible, and possibly even lower if there is a Group Buy. Another hope of mine: It's 2000 deg Ceramic Coated or T304 Stainless Steel :)

Haha is that sarcasm? :D Yeah that's what this topic is for.

Does anyone here have interest in a header?

Does anyone disagree with 935's plan? If it works on the 2JZ it should work pretty well for us. As long as the collector design is better, because the collector that comes on the OBX and Pacesetter headers look like an afterthought.

Does anyone here have interest in a header?

All right guys let's just get back to the topic. 935, you're willing to get it made? As for the HKS Twin Tip thing, I agree that the N/A community needs that too. Everyone just runs those single canister muffler setups and they're loud as hell.

Does anyone here have interest in a header?

Yeah, the pacesetter primaries are sort of small. What material is the TRUST header made of?

Does anyone here have interest in a header?

Yeah I would hope the design doesn't come out to over 400 bucks. The N/A Community doesn't seem like they'd want to shell out over 400 for a Header :P

Angled exhaust exits. What's your favorite?

What's your favorite brand of exhaust system, or favorite brand of muffler (on a custom exhaust system) that has an angle exit? Oh yeah, a weird idea I've been thinking about: Angled oval muffler. Would it work, or just look stupid?

Does anyone here have interest in a header?

We have to show enough interest and show a certain person/vendor (not sure who would want to step up) that we want a good header.

    I have a new respect for 240s

I'm pretty sure it's made to be hard to work on so that you could just take it to the dealer and they could make money.

Does anyone here have interest in a header?

Us N/A guys only have two choices for headers: Pacesetter and OBX. Pacesetter is mild steel which is pretty lame and according to a header thread it's not really the best choice for a modified platform. OBX on the other hand is stainless steel but they're not really known for quality, so is...

    Header/Exhaust System Design

    It seems this has died.

Anyone have a deep sounding but quiet N/A?

Stock cat might be around a 2.5 inch inlet or something but the exhaust tubing itself is definitely not 2.5 inch.

Difference in 87-88 and 89+ stock springs?

Only thing I saw was "Strut Manufacturer" change.

Difference in 87-88 and 89+ stock springs?

Hm, any discussion/info on the stiffness of the springs? I would probably assume the lower ones are stiffer, but who knows.

Difference in 87-88 and 89+ stock springs?

Hmmm, thanks. Hopefully someone can chime in. I'm just curious about something.

Difference in 87-88 and 89+ stock springs?

Are there differences between them? I've heard somewhere that they are different in the fact that 89+ is stiffer+lower. Anyone know this for sure?

    Bhg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2day>>>

JDM Motors = junkyard motors that have been left lying in some place No change in headgasket means the chances of it failing were even worse, because from the factory the headgasket was under torqued at a whopping 52-52 lbft.

    N/A Gas milage.

It's been discussed that no car (even N/As) need backpressure. Also, I don't see how a free flowing exhaust would hurt gas mileage at all. I'm also sure that big exhausts won't "hurt" horsepower, but effect the torque curve. But this really isn't the topic for this kind of discussion. Go...
