i definately got the four bolts in between the runners, and i unscrewed the 2 bolts on the firewall side of the plenum for where the metal egr thing attaches, but that is stuck to the intake definately. by the way, im talking about the actual curved part of the manifold. im in the process of...

Why wont it come off? I took all the throttle body stuff off, and i got the main part with the cold start injector and etc that I need to get off so I can move the wiring and pull the head, but it wont come off. I took off all the mounting bolts, tried to unbolt the egr? on the firewall side...

I thought with a battery, the starting voltage should be above 12.5 for a load test, and when cranking, initial drop should be not much over a volt?

with the car off, grab and spin the fan, if it spins more then 2 revolutions, its bad. normal is about 1 spin before it stops.

i have a/c in mine, and never ever use it. id rather have the windows down, but then again, heat doesnt bother me too much. and heat here sucks cuz its SO humid

get new hoses if they lookbad, thats normal maintenance. if you still have a leak, replace the radiator, or run stop leak through it (not recommended)

when u do, check the essentials = oil, milky? low? if its an auto check the fluid, if a 5 speed, check the clutch real good. look at tires, rust, interior. the overall shape reflects how it was treated, which lets you know if its a money pit or a decent deal. but for $750, u prolly arnt...

i got mine running for a $1000. no rust, no dents, 150k miles, 5 speed, shifts perfect, great clutch, good tires .. BHG tho :(, and the #3 injector was bad. I didnt think it was a bad deal tho
