ROTF LMAO at the toyota dealership here.

The only recalls that are free and it doesn't matter about the age of the car are ones that are dangerous to the vehicles passengers. My mother had her 12 year ols Seat Ibiza recalled and fixed FOC because the handbrake cable rubbed on the fuel filler hose and would cause it to leak. Seat had to...

LEX with 440s, Tune with Fuel Pressure?

I'm well aware of that, but if your base fuel pressure is 43psi which is 5psi more than stock it will be 5psi more when it matters also :icon_wink

LEX with 440s, Tune with Fuel Pressure?

Stock fuel pressure is 38psi fuel injectors are rated at 43psi so on a stock supra your 440's arn't even 440's. Putting on a Lex AFM and bumping the pressure to 43psi the car should run fine just make sure you have a wideband to confirm the setup and all your 440's are clean and flowing to spec.

looking for 400hp help me out

Listen to IJ he knows what he's talking about. Your car needs to be 100% befor you start trying to make power because that little problem can turn into a big one very quickly when your trying to push 50% more from the engine.

    EGT safe condition!

In the collector just before the turbo so you get an average of all 6 cylinders, some people say put it in the number 6 runner because number 6 runs the hottest. Which is right I don't know.

How much does the Stock hood weigh?

A/C is good when its 95* and 60% humidity because even the breeze is like a hairdryer when its like that.

My new mod 280zx hood duct

I have just gone for lifting my hood at the back, a few washers behind each bolt and remove the rubber seal from the back of the hood there is now a 1/2" gap for the hot air to escape plus the low pressure of the airflow over the back of the hood pull lots of heat out at speed. Stock look with...

    turbo pressure gauge

My stock boost gauge was accurate I tested it with vac/pressure pump with a gauge. Its just painfully slow and the vacume side of the gauge doesn't tell you much.

    Turning off the turbo?

Nope, had my wastgate arm come off a few months back just makes the car drive like a under powered N/A.

    Knock sensor (help)

That sounds like compressor surge, a faulty knock sensor wont affect the inlet sound. It will just make the car sluggish on boost because it retards timing.
