    I know that, I was just trying to pick your brains. At what point do larger injectors affect the day to day fuel consumption when driven as a DD. Probably a very broad question and a pointless one at that.

    At what point will fuel economy be affected?? I have seen the vids on youtube of the big MK4 boys using 1600cc injectors they idel at about 11:1 because they can't get the dutycycle any lower even crusing they never seem to get above about 13:1 (unless off the throttle).

    What size is your IC inlet/outlet?? 3" is overkill on anything less than a large frame turbo.

    Stock intercooler inlet and outlet ar 2" I have just fitted some 2 1/4" hardpipes and had to stretch the rubber over my pipes to and from the intercooler.

    What self respecting MK3 owner doesn't have some tools in his car lol This is a pretty neat solution may have to look into this myself at some point in the future. Although I notice you have no altinator in the pics and does the bonnet close without fouling it??

    boost a pump by kenne bell?

    Fitting a Walbro pump isn't hard and they arnt that loud unless you have a stripped interior like mine. Look at a flow chart for a stock pump V a GSS341 Stock pump at 60psi = 30lph GSS341 at 60psi = 196lph.

    Sounds like you have a vac/boost leak. Need to go round and check all your hoses, what mod did you do to the BOV?? Maybe its leaking now??

    If its a choice between pretty sparkly things to make the car look nice or go faster parts, The go faster bits get the nod every time. I know I'm in the minority here but I would rather have a 400whp tatty looking supra than a mint stock one. Unfortunatly when your not raking in the greenbacks...

    Sounds like your wastegate might be stuck open if your not pulling any boost at all but the turbine spins freely.
