Yes the block will have to be decked to run a MHG, and with the proper RA finish. You should be able to get the studs out with an allen wrench, unless they were put in upside down. Also make sure to get the front timing cover machined with the block to be sure it doesn't hold up the head.

Thanks guys. The green is disappearing tomorrow, gonna finish buffing the car, clean up interior, find small oil leak, install radio, the list goes on.

unless running a JDM ecu you should put the egr back on for sure.
