What ever color it is, you don't want to connect ACC to TT if you want security system to arm.

Don't connect the blue wire if you want the security system to arm when you lock up.
May not be your TT. I don't show a brown wire.
If that wire is just stuck in with a leg of a fuse, as it fuzzily appears to be, it's not a stock wire. Like nosechunks said.
