So you are or are not getting vacuum at idle?

Yes. At idle you should have 18 to 22 in.-Hg

If you're not building any boost, check your wastegate.

I hope you got your sender unit from Toyota or at the least made sure you got one that has BSP.

Check on that boost sensor configuration. You should get data with o2 disconnected. Verify your wiring with signal name not wire color. Check your notebook - software configuration, hardware configuration. You sent your control box and data cable to Zeitronix and they tested your control...
