you guys are so funny
no one wants aluminum arms for some rediculous reason
drifters use aluminum all the time...and the fuck if your putting more abuse on your suspension than drifting
it's not a problem on the rack
it only adds to bumpsteer...but on supra's it's not that bad...not to mention i'm sure your not low enough to notice anything
forget you saw it and move on :icon_bigg
^^^generally supra owners have very poor taste. That's why the rest of the automotive community shit's on the mkiii community (and why you have 500 hp builds w/ shit suspension, hahahaha) :nono:. I see a lot of potential in these cars, and I'm set out to change how everyone thinks about...
i know these won't look good with oem supra wheels like 3/4 of the supra world likes but jesus christ :nono:
this is going to be done with full front bumper, rear bumper, and sides.
front and rear wide fenders are also in the plan. We are also going to possibly make a new hood (daimyo...
So let's say I have a company that is interested in making new mkiii aero. I would like to get everyone's opinion on some kits. I would also like to know whether your opinion is a "i just like it, but don't like body kits", "I like it and might buy in the future", or "I like it and will buy it...
haha, yea that was me. We (Risky Devil) should be doing the demo again this year as well as a couple others. I'll keep everyone in the loop.
Thanks for the support!
Next on the list is to install this
(port & polished head, 2j cams, full rebuild)
and working with Works Aero to...
oh yea...i raised the car an inch, and might have to go even more. I believe the roll center is waayyy fucked being that low and my transitions suffered big time.
being that low...looks cool...drives like shit
I only had it on there for 1 track event, and the drive home. Windshield banners aren't annoying at all for me.
I'm all ready to leave tomorrow for the first event of the season. Here are some pics from last season before i lowered it more (a crap ton), and got rid of the pink stickers...
I havn't tried a 1.5 way on the supra. 1.5 way's are good for drifting too...it's all user preference. Generally speaking 2 ways are better for beginners to expert, while 1.5 ways are good if you are an experienced driver and prefer it (if that makes sense). 1.5 ways will allow you to carry...
again, thanks for the love.
i hear T2 video of saturday night will surface soon. First event is April 16th...so deffinently some action pictures and video soon after that.
I will try and snap some pics of the interior/cage tomorrow. I gotta put the new BV arms on anyways :-)
Has...
that much camber is only run by "drifters" for looks, and to help fit the wheels/tires. It isn't advantageous for drifting...it does make spinning the wheels easier because of less contact patch...but you have less overall grip which sucks when your doing higher speed stuff.
i'm running that...
thanks for all the compliments :icon_bigg
No mufller...there is no room as you can see. So for now it's dumping at the differential
Aero should follow in the next couple of month or so
