How long have you been working on this? Don't just drop it because you're having a hard time. I'm sure everyone on this site has been in your shoes at one point or another. It will all be worth it in the end. You'll have a single turbo 1J in an mk3 supra. I bet you're also learning quite a bit...

So if I were to go to Toyota and pick up the lower oil pan from a 2JZ-GE from a Supra, then it will fit on my 1JZ-GTE and fit into my mkIII Supra? And it will be cheaper then the lower pan from a 2JZ-GTE?

Is the oil pan from a 2JZ-GTE the same as the one from a 1JZ-GTE? Are they compatable? Will I be able to use a 2JZ-GTE oil pan on my 1JZ-GTE? Size difference? Any cross member clearance issues? Thanks.
I did mine with the extended harness and it sure made things easier for me. I guess you could say I did mine the hard way. Extended harness, no clip, and switched out the cross member because I have an 87. That was over 2 years ago though.
