I'm not sure of the specific make of the turbo. I got it from a friend in Florida who has supplied me with many good 1j parts. It is however a t4 flange turbo.

I'm equiped to handle 25+ psi so 500 shouldn't be an issue. It's just the clutch won't hold up past 500.

I've been hearing that 15w-50 is too thick. As soon as I get my car back from the tuner, I will change that out. I'd like to stick with Mobil 1 since I can easily find it. I'll look into that article about favorite oil but what is the best to use for 500whp?

I don't like royal purple and hate amsoil. I'm sure amsoil is good but I hate it for personal reasons. I rolled a bearing when using it in the 7M-GTE. That could have been the crappy 7M though. Either way, I don't like it because it was in the motor at the time. Never really used redline though...

Yea, I read that too. But you're not going to instantly get 400 ps by just bolting this thing on. You'll obviously need to do other things to compliment this kit.

Where can I find a good set of solid motor mounts?

The only thing that stands out to me is the cam sensor. If it isn't working right, you won't get a good spark. I'd look into making sure that's working correctly and go from there.
