I'd go with boost and water temp. Like mentioned before, the stock water temp gauge is not the most informing gauge from the factory. Another gauge you might want to look into, is an exhaust temp gauge which is good for tuning and telling you how your motor is running (lean/hot, rich/cool).

I have a Haltech on mine. The model is E-11 V2. It's very versitile but not the easiest to install for the average Joe. If you're looking for something easy, the AEM is a direct connect to the harness.
