how much to include the spacers for the mounting bolts?

for length, I was thinking we could start off with... 3 or 4 inches and ppl can just cut them themselves to fit to their own liking.

As far as inner diameter, I think just the same as the holes that are drilled for mounting.

I was wondering if you could add long spacer/tubes to sit between the bracket and the threaded plugs used to secure the bracket.
