No all fuses and relays are good. Checked for power on the pinouts of batt, B+ and there was nothing ran a new peice of wire to both of these and I now have fuel and spark. I need to figure out how I'm going to start the car with the key but ill figure it out.

Ok yes grounds are in bolted to the intake manifold under runner 4/5. It is polished but that shouldn't cause it to not make a ground.

I know and I also realize that if he was to just loosen the head up, he would still need to reseal the head gasket and also the oil pan.

Hey I told him to do it properly, I would remove the head.

Umm I just rebuild my motor, and put the head on and rear timing cover without installing those gasket, needless to say I had to take it all back apart to do it correctly. Also you might be able to just loosen the head, but do it in sequence so you don't warp anything.

Honestly its a bit hard to hear anything from the turbo with your exhaust note so loud. Can you get a in bay shot of it making the noise?

If you are using ARP studs, with a MLS head gasket, you can take it off without harming it, you should just reseal it with a copper spray of some type. Now the bottom portion of it will be a pain cause like you stated it seals with the oil pan. Now there is a gasket that goes between the block...
