I don't think a 60-1 ct26 would like 30 lbs or would it be doing any good that high. I also don't think a 60-1 will get you close to 500 rwhp, even with a standalone.
I'd be curious to see just how far a 60-1 would go through, you should get it clipped.
If you didn't know, messing with the lex afm screw can cause a weird idle. It's best to just leave the screw right at fuel cut, such as if you want 16 PSI you'll want the screw out just far enough to run 16 PSI. The less unmetered air, the better the car will run.
I would turn the block upside down on a surface plate and try to get a .001" feeler gauge to go in anywhere between the deck and the surface plate.
Also, don't use a razor blade or anything else you think might remove ANY material.
Of course when it goes lean it'll pull timing.
Also, did you even read up on what the egr does for the system? Cooler rear cylinder egts, better mpg, no light throttle pinging (going lean under part throttle aka climbing hills) and for the best part, no hinderance on performance at all if its...
If you think the egr causes damage then I suggest you find a thread I started called egr or no egr.
Im not sure about you but I dont like lean conditions under part throttle but to each their own.
EGR deletes don't increase horsepower, just so you know, the EGR is fully closed at WOT. It does cause lean conditions though because you removed an item the stock ECU is tuned for so with the exhaust gases not passing back through the chamber.
Also, 560cc injectors with a walbro 255 on stock...
How long has it been since the engine has ran? Could just be trash for gas in the fuel lines/rail.
Also, I think start-up enrichment is two minutes long.
