Your car will start and run with the knock sensors completely removed from the car just fine. Just expect massive amounts of fuel added and timing retarded beyond belief.
I'd suggest getting a little bit better of a spot to put the catch can. The cooler of a spot it's in, the better it works. Looks good though, how was the overall install with the PTR manifold? I've looked at them but wasn't quite sure of the fitment and such.
You can tuck almost everything under the fenders but like said above, there's not a whole lot you can remove.

I ran my stock HG with stock bolts for 15 PSI for over a year then bumped it to 16-17 for it to let go about 6 months later.
