Get a JZA70 diff. It is different and I think you need the axles that go with it. But then you could run a OSGiken LSD!

Wiring clean up. I just need headlights and signals. The fuse box will be relocated inside the car. The battery will be relocated to the rear. It looks like I won't need any of the passenger side wires after this! (doing a 2JZGTE swap soon)

It sounds like you want a lot of meat. You need to think about turning the wheels also. Usually if there is issues with turning clearance the wheels hit the front sway bar and the lower control arm at or around full lock. Also the tires can move quite a bit just from hard cornering forces. In my...
