if you cant get the NA piece off, get an oil filter relocation kit. the filter WILL NOT fit with the stock turbo set up right off the block.
keep in mind also, that the relocation adapter and fittings are a pain in the ass to situate in such a way as to not interfere with anything, with the...
no way. use the digital speedo signal. (IIRC the device converts the analog signal that the speedo uses to digital then sends it to the ECU).
it would be extremely easy to do the LED pie thing on the speedometer.
general statement:
what we need is more education (UN BIASED EDUCATION) not more regulations and laws saying what we can and can not put into our bodies.
if youre not working in a shop, pull the motor with the tranny together. its much easier.
lets see from back to front, remove:
drive shaft
shifter
unplug ECU wire harness, push through firewall*
tranny mount
clutch slave
disconnect fuel lines
remove downpipe
remove IC pipe to fender...
i dont get why people who dont even know what they are looking at decide its ok to just rip out components and toss them in the trash.

there are no codes. i have tried resetting the ECU, letting the car stall...
a new one would be nice, but over time ive already replaced several connecters here and there, rewired the knock sensors and made major repairs to it when some sections got melted in a small engine fire.
it wont be too hard to rewire the whole thing. i do work like that frequently, the only...
last time i was at the track i rented their helmet and dialed in a 13.9. one of the guys said that i would have to get another helmet if i am going to be running 13.9 or faster. so my first run i only got around 14.00. after i broke into the 13s with a 13.7 i thought the guy was gonna give me a...
im afraid that ill probably be having some electrical gremlins in the next coming months. the wiring is probably not too great throughout the harness. ill probably have to find time to rewire the whole thing in one shot.
yes, after i wire in the new plug for the ISC i will let the car warm up...
