my guess is a blown bearing in the timeing belt tensioneror oil pump drive shaft....which would make that sound and would heat up really damn hot....how does the timeing belt look and smell? Smell all the belts cause if one gets hot the belt will stink of burnt rubber....as soon as the car...
1. Headgasket thickness is to be determined only after the head and block are decked...then figure out how much material was removed in the decking...then determine how thick a gasket is needed to bring the compression ratio back to stock....so let the machinist tell you how thick.

no he was saying that the current ps-pump is from the burnt supra but the rack is not...the car he is driveing has the guts from the burnt car...if your picking up what I'm laying down...we didn't swap that stuff, just motor and trans and anything that was bolted to the motor such as ps-pump...

oh I'm not argueing at all!! I'm pissed that y'all have to ask for such machining...it should be standard operation!!!! Majority of our inserts we use on steel for finish op's are cbn inserts...it's basic shit and shouldn't have to ask.
