correct, the inputs are different and the shafts needed are different due to lengths. So you need a R154 front shaft to fit onto your existing or just up and replace it with a whole one.

Yeah I am going to recheck these bolts if not return them and go to a more specialized place and see if I can hunt them down. The bolts were in baggies also but I'm now thinking its my threads in the block might have gunk or something

So if I have m10 x 1.25 they should work right? These are metric ones that I bought from Lowes, now the grade of bolt determines the weight it can hold as I read from the post that buckshotglass found. Would my threads be messed up perhaps? :( I'm hoping not
