My machinst and me aggreed on a little under .002... because its mainly going to be a street car, and its never going to see over 500hp/400RWHP~
he said he runs his race motors at AT LEAST .002... if not more. but what really defines a 'race' engine when you have guys like you on here. haha...
he has RC injectors... he needs to send them back to RC so RC can inspect them and if they need a rebuild RC has all of the correct parts and what not..
i dont think the generic inj. cleaning places "rebuild" injectors...
If all he wanted was them flow checked, then the "cleaninjector.com"...

my eclipse had that problem... start it up, no smoke. driving away no smoke.

i've tried doing where you pinch it... but thats kinda hard...
and actually if you use the fiberlgass cut off disc, and an adjustable dremel so its not at 30k RPM, it doesnt take off much... but my problem is cutting STRAIGHT. haha
How did you go about doing it? File? Dremel? Magic kinfe?(haha)

not cause of the video, but you just cant get the reputation, or the coverage in an MK3 that you can in an MK4... Unless you build a crazy supra and it gets sponsored, even still though... its not likely.
