did you ever put freeze plugs in? in the one or two pics of your engine you had nothing in there... and you already had the intake and turbo on! just kinda wondering...

get a set of kumoh asx's... they have really long tread life and on a 10'' wide rim they'll grip for sure. i'll NEVER buy falken again, me and my dad just burn through them... there crap tires.

most weld on a 3-4'' tube... and then weld the inside and outside of the runners, cut the tube in half, and then hand port the runner entrance so its a radius and is smooth into the runner. which is the best design... if you just go and look...

i was going to use a 28'' long by 4'' diamater, because it was going to give me twice the volume of the enigne in the plenum. Which if i remember correctly was decent enough in volume for what i wanted.

never assume a JDM motor is a "good running 30k miles" its all a bunch of crap... and its really buyer beware on that. but sorry to hear about that, sounds like a fun build!
