It will cost the same as replacing a blown HG, as long as no other damage is done.
Just retorque and you should be fine for at least another 21k miles.
is your HAC plugged in? that would cause your 32
Afm could cause the 24
ECU isnt receiving an ignition signal causing the code 14, does the tach move at all when you crank the car? if not your CPS wiring is most likely the culprit.
The red arrow looks like its pointing to the breather hose for the iac, if you're having an idle issure this could be causing it. or it could be the coolant line that runs through the throttle body and iac from underneath the intake mani.
Not sure where you're from but that shit wont fly around here, you'd get pulled over and arrested for impersonating a LEO so fast it'll make ur head spin.

Yea its auto n/a, but iirc there was an auto n/a selling on ebay not too long ago with low miles but was like $10k plus.
