Hate to burst bubbles guys, but that car isn't really a 5k car in my eyes.

Exterior: 8-9/10. Looks great, at least in pictures. Couple dents, paint appears to be scraped off left rear bumper, but other than that, looks good.

Interior: 9/10. I'd even be willing to consider this a 10/10 to be honest, it does look damned good. Looks just like my 88 hardtop, but I had cloth.

Engine bay: 5/10. Honestly, what the hell happened here? That bay looks FILTHY for a car with only "32k" on it. Grease everywhere (why?), oil, dirt, etc... Manifolds are all covered in corrosion, which brings me to my next point.

RUST.

Being a Massachusetts car, I would be a bit concerned about the underside of this car... who knows what lurks there if being exposed to ambient air is enough to make your intake look that bad. :nono:

All that aside, looks like a really nice starting point for a project. 5k starting point? Maybe not, since the rubber on the car (all rubber on the car) is likely 24 years old at this point. Sometimes age gets to a car before the miles...
