yup. slack in the linkage and/or the thorttle cable and/or stuff in the way of the accel pedal all can cause problems...
WOT V is going to vary from car to car. hence the need to see what your car is doing...
set it according to your WOT reading...

as long as your TPS is set as per the TSRM....you may want to also check that the TB is actually opening all the way...and that your floor mat isn't interfering w/the gas pedal....
1. get a good tune down- safe WOT AFR and Vf satisfied.
2. connect a WB to the MAFT pro
3. disconnect stock O2 sensor
4. enable part-throttle AFR tracking
5. set desired PT AFR tracking target (16:1? 17:1? you'll have to experiment).
be careful to have it drop out of PT AFR tracking fairly...
yups, as shaeff said, the lex AFM is HIGHLY overrated. for about the same price you could run the MAFT + GM MAF sensor. advantages:
-a NEW MAF sensor (not "new to you")
-you can run the MAF in "blow through" mode
-you can tune using the MAFT's adjustment settings
beyond the original MAFT there...
