you should look at other turbo brands then, there are plenty of turbos like the 35r. i would start looking at precision 61mm turbos because they are the same size as the 35r just cheaper by a couple of hundred bucks, just call or go look at the precision website
i would just buy the jdm 2jz motor and rebuild the block with aftermarket or stock stuff and not buy a block from toyota cuz it can get pretty pricey. (mayb for cheaper you could build a stronger block) you will need a supra or soarer 1jz oil pan or usdm 2jz oil pan
i would just go single turbo, less of a headache trying to fab up manifolds that will fit the 2jz twins and 1jz head. plus i think the gains are better in the long run
you have to know how much power you want to make later on to know what size fuel line to use. most people use steel braided lines, -6 AN for 600hp, -8 AN for 800hp, and -10 AN for 1000hp
did you want a garret or precision 35r? that doesn't look like a 35r from the compressor housing, i believe 35r's come with .70 a/r compressor housings. does it have a inlet and outlet for coolant if it doesn't then its not a 35r? measure the inducer and exducer of the compressor fan
if its that cheap its probably not good unless he says it a gte bottom end but its really a ge bottom end. they only way you could tell is to take it apart
