The stock rail won't support larger than 550cc meaning it won't flow enough fuel for anything larger. I'm running Sard 800cc's, and found out after the fact. I am going to look into having a bung installed on the stock rail, and running dual feed. It would be a lot cheaper than buying a top...

Since your goals are around 650-700whp max, I'd go with some Crower 272's large cores, if they actually fit right.

From what I gathered, the GT35R and the P61 BB are very identical. The 61mm turbos were compared to the 67mm turbos on SF, and the 67mm actually did beat the 61's in spool on most dynos with the 2J, and made more power (duh). 67DBB should be considered an option over the GT35R.
