CPS is properly aligned?
I'm sure you'd installed other 7M maps? Even ones that have the "stumble" ?

I always wondered a way to run dual feed with a T fitting where the lines go into the rail, and running that to the AFPR. Would that work? I'm still trying to figure out a way around it myself.

The stock rail won't support larger than 550cc meaning it won't flow enough fuel for anything larger.

I had a problem like that with my Stinger. I was using MSD DIS-4, and the settings for dwell were not optimal. I called MSD, got the right values, and it worked like a charm. With the wrong settings it would hit around 4,000 rpms, that's it.

From what I gathered, the GT35R and the P61 BB are very identical. The 61mm turbos were compared to the 67mm turbos on SF, and the 67mm actually did beat the 61's in spool on most dynos with the 2J, and made more power (duh).
67DBB should be considered an option over the GT35R.
GE heads flow better than GTE heads stock vs. stock with the 2J.
