    What side panels? Everything in that area is generally super hot considering the turbo is over 1300* at operating temp. If it were glowing red you could have a clogged cat issue.

    It has some very strange damage. But I wouldn't use it. A free-300$ flywheel is not worth having to rebuild an engine or replace a blue housing and possibly body work.

    That your cheap muffler setup is not very good. Quality muffler usually have no drone. My 10 year greddy with no resonator has zero drone.

    You can buy new pins for the connector and solder or crimp it in. You need like 16 or 18 gauge wire.

    What are you trying to figure out? Piston skirt length varies between all the piston manufactures and for a measurement is useless.

    Can also use heat shrink butt connectors. Seals everything in.

    It's prolly because your trying to fire 2 coils vs 1. It just doesn't have the power.

    With a 14psi spring it shouldn't open at 5psi. It's not possible unless something was damaged inside the wastegate. Can always rebuild the 44. Nothing wrong with that. Tial sells rebuild kits for them.

    60mm is way over kill for that setup. 44 should be more than plenty.

    You just need to r134a fittings and then to flush the system. After that can run r134a instead if r12. R12 works better but harder to find.
