You can always just turn up the boost :)
2JZ Billet heads are already being tested. Nothing is impossible, but cash flow may involve selling a house.
We are comparing oranges to apples all over the place.

I know it says Corvette wheel sensor, but from what I understand, the Toyota and GM sensors both output the same signal to be converted.
Removed the A/C condenser, then decided to just remove the mechanical power steering pump too...
Lots of free room. I am installing a Toyota MRS electric power steering pump, and I found a nice place for it. Reusing all the Driftmotion stainless braided line kit for the standard JZ power...
Close enough. Just gotta find another designer who made a better head than GM. Lots of them out there, and they may not have used a flow bench honestly.
Computer simulations may not exactly represent real situations.
That is why you make a huge plenum/manifold so that air will always be distributed equally at a specific resonating frequency tuned towards the RPM band target (ideally), and it does with race manifolds. The amount of air flow...
This is tough man. What oil filters are you using? Did you use new O-rings and gaskets when you put the pan, the pickup, and the pump onto the block?
Basic questions, but I'd really like to find out what caused the problem.
Air gets turbulent towards the speed of sound and how restrictive the pipes are. The math is on other forums.
700rwhp is fine with 2.5 inch pipes.
Those shooting for more may want to go with a FFIM with a huge plenum/throttle body to accommodate larger piping for large/efficient turbos and...
Part of the game. A lot of MKIV guys do the same with aftermarket intake manifolds like the Hypertune.
I had to relocate the battery in my MK2. Wasn't a decision I regret at all. Just no way to fit such a huge manifold, unless you start moving other stuff around. Plenum volume, angle, and...
Mounted the Nitrous assembly, with mechanical and electrical sensors.
Installed fuel rail end and TwinsTurbo throttle cable bracket. Waiting on more fittings and parts...
Bit dirty, eh?
They are great engines. Pistons are moving slower compared to the 2JZ counterparts, so theoretically a lot less strain accumulated over time and mileage over the 3.0L variant.
I'm rebuilding with a couple of upgrades.
Did you reuse your lower oil pan?
I've been using the ACT extreme clutch on my JZ motors for years, thousands of miles, countless pulls and startups. Others have too.
You have an oiling issue, not a clutch issue.
I've also been using 2JZ oil pumps for six or seven years, but oil pressure is...
