    Coolant system flush

I want to do a coolant system flush, then I'm switching to Xerex g-05. Where's the best place to put a "t" to flush the whole coolant system out? I searched but missed it. I did find jdub's advice in another thread...so the Prestone would be the wtg? Did you use Prestone Heavy Duty Cleaner...

    Crank pulley question

^^ He's talking about the timing belt. Not the pulley. Mark the timing belt for rotation. You don't want to put it on the wrong way. If you are going to use "sandpaper" on the block deck, you have to be extremely careful about particles falling into the various openings. I think I'd talk to the...

    rebuilding 7M

You already ordered bearings before the machining was done? Usually the machinist will tell you which ones to buy...anyways, gl with the build! Personally, I'd go with arp rod bolts, and get the big ends of them machined for those. Increases the tensile strength of the whole assembly.

why is my oil pressure not going past a 1/4 way when im on the road

My oil pressure was really low with synthetic, so I mixed in some Kellog's instant fudge, and it shot right up!! I was good to go after that. Then I got a really bad boost leak, so I used the colored pvc tape, not the normal black stuff, and man does it haul now!:sarcasm:

thinking about buying a 91 turbo

If you already have a good n/a why don't you just do a n/a-t conversion? That turbo engine needs a complete rebuild anyways, so you aren't any further ahead... mind you, if you can pick it up for $500 and it's otherwise clean, just the parts would be worth that... gl.

thinking about buying a 91 turbo

I can't tell you one way or the other, but it looks like alot of work. If there is zero rust and the panels are all strait, it might be a good candidate. If you have deep pockets, good tools ie an engine hoist, engine stand, time, patience and a good garage and knowhow, then go for it! gl...

    Would I regret removing TEMS?

I swapped out my new illuminas and eibach blues into my '90 with no tems. I just left them on the firmest setting. It seems to handle quite well for a low cost alternative. I didn't seem to miss the adjustment was my point.
