You are positive the inj. o-rings are all good, yeah? Plugs fairly new and gap is right on as well...? Absolutely sure no vacuum leaks... those hoses leak from the damndest places... best of luck with that, make sure to post when you fix it, please.
Damn nice blue Soup there. I hope you are rewarded for all the hard work with countless trouble free Supra motoring miles! It makes it all worthwhile boosting down the freeway with it purring away. Good luck with the last of the install. Kudos for your persistence, man!
There are a few members here that build engines for resale. If you are going to keep this car, I'd do everything to ensure it's built right the first time so you don't have to pull the "new" motor because of problems. Supras are a blast to drive, but they can cost megabux. Open your wallet...
Get a wideband so you can monitor your a/f's. Could be a vacuum leak causing a lean condition perhaps. Makes 'em run like crap. Check all the hoses, they can leak from the damndest places.
There are a quite a few quality builders on here that know 7M's. for those $$'s you should be able to get a head on top of it, too.
Legend of Aces comes to mind among others...http://legendofaces.com/Motorsports/Projects.htm
I'd check the heater control valve first, if you don't have heat. Make sure the arm is moving... gl. Check the blower motor resistor(s) for the fan speed. Usually it's the low speed that packs it in first.
Did you get the injectors cleaned and flowed at all after the head rebuild? You could get a wideband to monitor your a/f's, and do the intake/exhaust. I don't like the stock intake or exhaust for that matter, they seem too restrictive. gl.
I converted my auto to manual. It was gte to start with. The ecu works fine. If it was an auto to begin with, there are a few wiring issues for cruise and back up lights. gl.
I like those CF "B" pillar moldings behind the windows. I have a new unistalled stock set, but the CF ones look better. Plus they are small, so shouldn't be too hard to mold up and produce.
There are countless threads on rebuilding on here, bro. Do some searching and read up on everything. It'll help you make informed decisions on where to go from here.
Ps. It would be pretty hard to pull the crank out a cylinder, dontcha think? Unfortunately, if it is rk, a full pull and rebuild...
