Aftermarket starters and alternators are complete junk now a days. Id buy 10 used before id put a aftermarket one on my car. Cant even count how many ive done under warrenty when i worked at a independent shop.

Usually when you have a lot of oil coming up there is a lot of blow by. Could always just put little filters on them so the oil doesn't spray everywhere.

A walbro and 550 should be plenty to max out that turbo. Either your running out of fuel or your tune is bad.

I dont think you get what mytmk3 is saying. His os giken multi plate clutch fly wheel is thinner and cannot use those bolts. I would get a new flywheel at min. Can measure the plates and if there in spec just keep using them.

It could also mean that there is low voltage to the starter.

If you have a new harness the problem is the dash wiring or the ignition switch. Or you could just do the relay mod.

We'll you could also just use both 255.

1 255 might not be enough. Could try a walbro 400.

There high imp injectors right? Any codes?

You need 12v from battery to starter I order for the starter to operate.

Injectors are too big for the Ecu to handle most likely. That and the neo could be the problem. Those have been known to have issues and apexi will fix them.

Wouldn't run good or at all if it was 180. If you havnt set the time you should.

What's the duty cycle on the injectors? What's the fuel pressure when it runs lean?

You would need the sc400 one not the sc300. There differnt.

33-40 psi with vac off and capped.

Might be enough fuel for lower rpms but you need more in the upper. Your already past the point of where you should of already had one. 250 for the kit is cheaper than a rebuild or trusting that your 25 year old one is in perfect condition.

Fix the sensor. Vac should be at 17-20 in hg at idle.

Should like the shift fork broke. Can send it to Aaron at driftmotion. He does rebuilds for around 1k with all the goodies.
