I wouldn't run green coolant in our cars. I would use Toyota Red, or Zerex G-05.

That's fine. I kinda like the way they look as well. I also hate it when you put something on the dash and it out-gasses onto the windshield. That's why I normally don't and just wipe it down with a microfiber.

Did you get the steering bushings off of ebay? They look like the same ones I got, and they have been going fine for about a year now. Yes, ATF is automatic transmission fluid. Here's the thread a made on mine when I added the filter...

Good call on replacing the steering rack bushings while you are in there and also putting the magnefine filter in. I would also recommend Mobil 1 ATF for the power steering system.
