    A lot of people are doing borg warner turbos lately. I've been thinking about one of the S200SX turbos maybe the FMW 57mm it's a S200Sx with a compressor wheel from a EFR7670 and with a Max Flow Rate: 64 lb/min i could get pretty close to my 500hp goal.

    the drive train is worth that $800. I bought my car for $800 with 287k and I rebuilt the motor for the third time. $3500 later it's driveable but still needs suspension work

    that's usually for dash gauges like the oil pressure sending unit. If you want your mk3 gauges to work you need to swap or you can AEM sensors for everything.

    did you re-wire your knock sensors properly? It's possible for a KS to go bad but I've rarely seen that to be the case (If you to throw money at it I do spare pre-89 sensors) 52 doesn't have to do with back firing or knock it's simply a poor knock signal. I would however not run "500cc"...

    I would suggest getting vvt-i specific cams like HKS and titan have. If you truly are after street driving I would stay clear of stage 3 Race Specification cams and go with the lowest stage possible, this will help keep the car streetable. I thought BC use to make a 264 vvt-i cam but i don't see...

    i went and read up on the new profec, i like the little boost graph it makes. It's not $430 cool yet but might be when i run a larger turbo.
