pictures for the picture thread. got my coolant overflow re-installed but the birdcage light seems to be on even when it's full. Also found a small coolant leak in the middle rear section where the heater hose block off cap isn't doing it's job. If i have it all sorted out by tomorrow at noon...

woke up with a Apexi Black AVC R AVC-R Turbo Boost Controller Electronic in my purchased list. I guess I'll have a boost controller soon.
no more codes! runs great but i think my thermostat is sticking at idle, temp creeps up quickly but a blip of the throttle sends it back down. I could feel the radiator being cold as the temp gauge went past half way. I might re-seat it tomorrow if it keeps giving me issues.
I have the same head gasket, ARP studs, and boost but I'm nearly 8.9:1 compression and I have mine torqued down to about 122nm. I detonation would be about the only thing to cause your gasket to blow unless a mistake was made during assembly
Supras are starting to get to that needs restore point like the S30s did 10 years ago but if there's anything i've learned you can always patch rust spots by hand with a lot of time and effort.
