The iac has 125+ steps. So each step is super small. So you need to ground each pin in sequences with the 2 power pins hooked up to 12v and go around a lot of steps before you will notice w difference.
Stock wastegate not known for going bad although it could happen usually it would fail in the not holding boost. But if the hose to the wastegate was missing or fracked that could cause a over boost and you would hit fuel cut.
Also bad hose or clamp from the air flow meter to tb could cause...
The pump is a scavenge and pulls a vacuum on the crankcase to suck up the oil. There for you need a regulator to regulate the amount of vacuum in the crankcase.
It's a 2 wire connector that comes from the motor. You unplug it and on motor side add power and ground to the wires. If nothing happens reverse the wires. If nothing happens your motor is bad.
If you took apart the master switch than you pulled the door panel off. Which is all that's needed to get to the connector for the window motor.
Don't have to pull the motor out to test it.
