    You don't need a tool to bleed it properly. It's a misconception. The system takes about 2 gallons. Fill it drive around the block. Let it cool and then top off. That's all that's needed.

    Leaking somewhere. Either external or internal. Was the block decked with timing cover ? Was the head stud torque checked after some heat cycles?

    No and no. But why don't you just break the engine in with the v2? Your part throttle response is going to suck with a bigger throttle and stock Ecu.

    If you don't have an overflow then that's why it was leaking out. You need a overflow. And the cooling system expands and contracts coolant is pushed in to the over flow and sucked out the over flow. Without one you are letting air into the system which is not good.

    Aeromotivr makes pumps bigger than the a1000. A setup with a surge tank would be the most ideal.

    R154 will fail before you run out of fuel. Usually around 6-700ft lbs of torque the r154 fails. That said 2 walbro 400's will out flow 044. But the 044 are prolly the more reliable pumps.
