You don't need a tool to bleed it properly.
It's a misconception. The system takes about 2 gallons. Fill it drive around the block. Let it cool and then top off. That's all that's needed.
If you don't have an overflow then that's why it was leaking out. You need a overflow. And the cooling system expands and contracts coolant is pushed in to the over flow and sucked out the over flow. Without one you are letting air into the system which is not good.
If the fan is moving slow enough to grab it while engine is getting hot your clutch is bad. And a 7m fan will always lock up when engine is cold right away and the unlock after a little bit of running and the lock and unlock as it supposed to after that depending on temp.

R154 will fail before you run out of fuel. Usually around 6-700ft lbs of torque the r154 fails.
That said 2 walbro 400's will out flow 044. But the 044 are prolly the more reliable pumps.
