Well just got the car back. Running smooth now. (Went with oem HG torque to 77) anyways first thing I want to do before the swap to a 5 speed is install my exhaust and radiator along with electric fans. As I was told by an mk3 owner I would need a tranny oil cooler as well to support the tranny...

Decided to go with a quick fix of the head gasket instead of a full rebuild. I miss that car to much aha (ya im attached). Only things on my list after the fix is an exhaust. Either HKS or Blitz, question is do either of them or any exhaust have a deep steady clean rumble? I'm not looking to...

Confirmed BHG. Going to go for a full rebuild, new head and decking the block. HKS 2.0 MHG, forged pistons etc. All the top quality goodies.....talk about a money eater. Gonna be a long winter.

I'll go ahead and do that but the smoke is bad and the oil is milky D:. What I don't get still is why the engine has no hicups when on. Thanks though.
