Well just got the car back. Running smooth now. (Went with oem HG torque to 77) anyways first thing I want to do before the swap to a 5 speed is install my exhaust and radiator along with electric fans. As I was told by an mk3 owner I would need a tranny oil cooler as well to support the tranny. Shou ld I go with that or could it handle 5 months before I do the swap? Sorry if this question noobish -.-

If you running an aftermarket rad without a cooler built in then yes. You wont even make it a couple of hundred miles without it.

The clutch pack can get up to 650 degrees. The torque converter is no slouch either when it comes to BUT production. Get a cooler.
