it came out of a jzx81 chaser. that missing plug is in fact a body plug. you can get that plug from an 89-92 toyota cressida or the 89-92 supra(maybe not the 91-92 tho)..... but i actually have that plug. i will check tomorrow.

did you ever figure out the problem? i might know what it is.

hey i just swapped a 2jzge from an sc300 into an mk3 and i wired it using this guide since the pinouts of the sc300/soarer body plugs seem to be the same. my problem is the car is dumping way too much gas.... its first start up it idled a bit hight but smooth... after about 30seconds the idle...

looks like a jzx90 chaser harness. 2 of the ecu plugs were missing from my jzx90 harness. good thing a real cool guy from canada hooked me up with them for free. he said it came from a 1vz camry. anyone know why 2 of the ecu plugs would be missing from the harness? im guessing the plugs...

i wont lie, i would love to stay twin as well. but it just seems way too expensive to do it. (at least for me at that matter) i went for a ride in a 1jz on stock twins making almost 380 to the wheels and it was really impressive. it was just dead upstairs. those hks twins would pretty wicked on...

i heard about a mk3 in florida made about 373 to the wheels. it was on 18lbs, fmic, stock y pipe, fp, fpr, greddy emanage, & some c-16. theres a mx83 cressida with 1jz 5spd in nyc, with just fmic, 3" exhaust, fpr, stock ypipe, and standalone system, (i dont remember the name of the system...

hey guys, first off, the ass who did my harness cut off the friggin tps plug completely, i guess he mistook it for the trc plug. and he cut it so far back i had to take the harness back off the engine just so i can join the wires. i had a spare harness that i took the plug off from, but...

damn i bought mk4 550s for my 1jz and planned on using that same thread as a guide to wiring them up. hey man i hope you figure that problem out, and i hope i dont run into the same shit with that wiring info.

so you ran the usb cable outside of the wire loom? this would mean i wouldnt have to go in the harness if i wanted to rewire them, that i would just have to run another wire from the knock sensors to the ecu???

i wish i could say the same, cressidas already made a name for themselves in brooklyn. theres no such thing as cressida sleeper. it'll be cool when i go to the races out in Long Island n Jersey, cuz everyone out there has evos, srt-4s, vws, civics & integras. dont really see too many toyotas now...
